Robert Dilts
Success Factor Modeling and Generative Collaboration
Robert Dilts participated in the 17th CANLP Conference, held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 7th -9th 2006.
The Pre-Conference workshop focused on Robert Dilts’ latest work Success Factor Modeling™ (SFM) founded upon the powerful change technology of NLP. The purpose of Success Factor Modeling is to map out multiple levels of influence that contribute to individual and organizational success. He presented us with an in-depth study of the structure of success and included a number of strategies and exercises developed to promote personal evolution and enhance generative collaboration.
The keynote address focused upon one of the key elements of Success Factor Modeling™ (SFM) , Generative Collaboration . Working together with others in collaborative groups and teams is an increasingly important part of modern life. For the individual, Generative Collaboration involves finding strategies to tap one of the greatest resources they have – other people. For those already in a team it involves transforming a “heap” into a “whole” and creating a team in which the whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.
During his Keynote address Robert mentioned that when we study successful individuals, it soon becomes clear that the refrain “Nobody creates anything of significance on their own” is a very accurate description of success in the 21st Century. Working together with others in collaborative groups and teams is an increasingly important part of modern life.
A Special Thank You
On that note CANLP/ACPNL extends a special thank you to Robert Dilts who has kindly agreed to donate all proceeds from the sale of his video and audio presentation ofthe pre conference workshop Success Factor Modeling™ (SFM) and keynote address Generative Collaboration to support the Canadian Association of NLP

This one-day experience introduced us to a series of models that invited us to be free from techniques and move to higher levels of thinking and deeper states of mind - and their corresponding results.
Her key note address” Human Evolution and NLP: The Merlin Factor” and inspired us to consider the possibilities for accelerated consciousness and generative change in a world awakened to the potential of a quantum perspective - not just in our science and technology, but in our language and behaviors; in our relationships; and in our willingness to dream big and live large!
